Navanjun is usually referred to as a Rockstar among clients and peers because of the high quality of his work and his self-assurance in whatever he does. However, for Navanjun, he selected Rockstar as his business name because it is how he wants every customer to feel once he is finished.
Dr. Grewal is devoted to his reconstructive surgery goal in addition to dealing with some of the most prestigious elective surgery clientele around the globe. One profound experience occurred when he treated a 13-year-old girl with a cleft lip during his first Operation Smile tour. He watched her entire demeanor change after the successful operation and realized that providing hope was a huge part of what he was meant to do with his life.

He spent his undergraduate years attending Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. After graduation, Navanjun chose to continue his path towards becoming a doctor by attending Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL. He earned his medical doctorate and began his general surgery internship at Harbor‐UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This was followed by a general surgery residency at Cedars‐Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Navanjun’s next residency was in the specialized field of plastic surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
In addition to his years of experience and training, Navanjun has several licenses and certifications. He holds a California medical license and is a member of the American Board of Surgery. Navanjun is also certified in advanced cardiovascular life support.

He was also recognized as a Stryker International Fellow for his work with Operation Smile.
In addition to these impressive accolades, Navanjun Grewal was also honored at The Craig A. Lipkin, MD Resident Research Symposium and was a grant recipient for his work with primary alveolar cleft reconstruction healing post-Gingivoperiosteoplasty and rhBMP‐2 bone grafts.
A renaissance man, Dr. Navanjun Grewal plays the viola in his spare time, in addition to being an ardent traveler, architectural admirer, and haute couture fashionista. Dr. Navanjun Grewal also appears in the Oprah Winfrey Network’s film Light Girls.
